- Designed RAG pipelines that combine embeddings, retrieval, and tool execution across the integrated systems.

- Built an omnichannel conversational commerce agent across WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, and Gmail. Handles support, product recommendations, order tracking, and cart actions.
- Owned cloud infra across AWS, Kubernetes, and ArgoCD. Improved deployment reliability and brought down inference latency through backend profiling and memory work.

I'm a backend engineer who likes building things that have to keep running. Right now I'm at Steps AI, working on the orchestration layer behind a multi-integration AI platform. Most of what I do sits somewhere between queues, LLMs, and the messy real-world systems that connect them.
Lately I've been most interested in how LLMs slot into the backend stack. The real work is turning fuzzy product requirements into reliable, observable systems with proper queues, retries, and state. I care about latency, correctness, and developer ergonomics, roughly in that order.
